This is my second CB handheld radio! Initially I thought it couldn't be programmed, but after some research, it's totally programmable! :3

⚠️ IMPORTANT READ BEFORE PROGRAMMING!
- 🔒 If it in lockdown mode
  - ⚠️ When changing frequency range: First set CH RX/TX to 245.0000 and BCL to Carrier before writing to radio, or you'll get UNPG. Then download from radio to begin adding channels
- 🔓 If it unlock
  - ⚠️ DO NOT change frequency range in the program or else it will reset back to lockdown mode again. To fix this you need to self set frequency range in your radio first before read from radio.
  - ℹ️ It's not advised to read from radio if you have unsupported frequency in your memory channel. Example if you set memory channel 111 RX/TX to 420.000 and your radio frequency range is set to 136-246MHz. If you go to channel 111, It will look like this [¹¹¹ - - -.- -] If you see this and attempt to read from radio your channel 111 in program will not show up and will get erase if you write it back to radio. To fix this you need to set frequency range in your radio first before read from radio.
